Bill Murray, as it was nauseatingly impossible not to find out in the past few weeks, is a pretty big Chicago Cubs fan. Accordingly, we don’t expect him to make many jokes today after what was surely a big night of celebrating.

Apparently ESPN’s SportsCenter is the next man up.

Following Chicago’s historic win in extra innings over the Cleveland Indians in Game 7 of the World Series, the four-letter network’s flagship unveiled a funny ad citing the victory.

It’s not quite 108-years-in-the-making hysterical, but it’s pretty good.

As is the case with T-shirts that are made before championships are decided, the Cleveland version of the spot will be shipped to a Third World country, where it can be put to good use.
