The Christmas tree has arrived in Rockefeller Center, cretins on Twitter are condemning the latest Starbucks cups and Black Friday deals are rolling out as we speak. Hello, holidays!

eBay isn’t waiting for the day after Thanksgiving, though. In a campaign called “Beating Their Black Fridays,” from now until November 17th the company is price-matching Black Friday deals that have been announced in print by other major retailers.

Macy’s, Kohl’s, Walmart and JCPenney are included in the list of competitors eBay is cribbing deals from, but that’s not all. As the Verge writes, the site is also offering 20 percent off purchases until November 20th with code PSHOPEARLY.

This is just one of many recent moves by eBay looking to shift its identity away from auction house and towards being a serious competitor with online retailers like Amazon. It’s an uphill battle to be sure, but they’ve got the jump on the brand brawl that is Black Friday.

Here are five of our favorite deals.

Apple Watch Series 3: $325 on eBay vs. $330 at Kohl’s

Nest Smart Thermostat (3rd Generation): $190 on eBay vs. $200 at Kohl’s

Ninja Coffee Bar: $65 on eBay vs. $70 on Kohl’s (originally $180)

Citizen Calendrier Watch: $210 on eBay vs. $214 at JCPenney (originally $475)

Standing Electric Fireplace: $40 on eBay matching Walmart (originally $55)
