This Place Is Going to Make Some Supervillain Very, Very Happy

There are two ways in: rock climb or helicopter.

But our guess is the person who commissions it will be using the latter, because based on our knowledge of Bond films, that person will almost certainly be an international supervillain, and international supervillains travel in style.

It’s science.

The structure — titled “Hotel in Alps” — is (shocker!) only a concept. It’s the work of 30-year-old architect Andrii Rozhko, who is — another shocker — based in Dubai, the only place on earth where designs this ludicrous actually come to fruition.

At present, the design has no buyer or price tag, but considering it appears to measure about 15 stories and will require unprecedented feats of architecture to become a reality, we’re guessing it’ll cost you something on the order of one billion, gagillion, fafillion, shabolubalu million illion yillion … yen.

But don’t worry, that includes a helicopter to get you in and out painlessly. Unless, of course, you prefer the hard way: a climb of nearly 15,000 feet.

In that case, you’d be wise to book spa treatments in advance.
