We've said it before and we'll say it again:

The best part about having a friend with a boat is not being chained to said boat. We're standing by that, with a modification.

The best thing about having a friend with a boat is if that friend owned this mega-cool boat/party house in which to moor it.

Because sundecks, summer parties and speedboats go together like ... well, sundecks, summer parties and speedboats. This particular shelter is by Cibinel Architecture and located in Lake of the Woods, Canada. There's covered space for two boats, with the ability to dock more around the periphery.

There's also suspended fire pit for when the sun sets and the air chills over the water.

It gets full sunlight all day, and is safe for year-round storage.

And those sunchairs? Not for looks.
