The home, called “Roselands,” is being raffled off by Tricia Hamilton, a local hatmaker, cancer survivor and mother of two, ready to move on from the address she’s enjoyed for 20 years. Though her family has updated and remodeled the historic hamlet the past couple decades, it’s been on the market for a year — listed at $1.4 million — to no avail.
