Since 2009, Lamborghini’s Super Trofeo racing series has brought thrilling automotive competition to courses all over the world. Each of the teams competing in the series utilizes Huracán Super Trofeo EVO cars, making this a particularly high-profile example of what the marque’s engineering and design are capable of.

This season’s edition of the series will be the first to feature the Super Trofeo EVO2, set to compete in its first race in April. But if you’re interested in seeing a Super Trofeo EVO2, you don’t necessarily need to travel to a race course to do so — turns out there are a few that have made their way to Florida, via Lamborghini Palm Beach.

At Robb Report, Rachel Cormack has more details on the EVO2’s arrival there. If you’ve ever wondered what a state-of-the-art Huracán optimized for competitive driving would look like and you happen to be somewhere near Palm Beach, wonder no more.

The article also explores the ways in which the Super Trofeo EVO2s have been optimized for racing, including increased aerodynamic elements and a Squadra Corse braking system. Among the effects of these modifications to the design are an increase to the maximum speed. While the standard Huracán can reach up to 202 miles per hour, these should be capable of going even faster.

The Lamborghini Super Trofeo season kicks off in Italy at the beginning of April. The first North American installment will start later that month, at California’s Laguna Seca beginning on April 29.
