Despite the stoppage of play in the NBA, basketball fans have gotten a bit of news this weekend. As reported by The New York Times, the Basketball Hall of Fame announced the 2020 class, and it’s stacked. Kobe Bryant headlines a group that includes Tim Duncan, Kevin Garnett, and Tamika Catchings.

Bryant will be a posthumous induction after he passed away in a helicopter crash back in January, and will headline the class alongside two of the best players of the 21st century. Duncan played his entire 19-year career for the San Antonio Spurs, winning five NBA championships along the way, while Kevin Garnett manned the paint for the Minnesota Timberwolves, Boston Celtics, and Brooklyn Nets, winning the 2008 title with Boston. Meanwhile, Catchings is one of the best WNBA players of all time, playing her entire career with the Indiana Fever from 2002 to 2016, winning the 2012 WNBA championship.

Between the four, they racked up 12 championships, four MVPs, and 58 All-Star game appearances, making this one of the most decorated Hall of Fame classes of all time. Bryant and Garnett also helped shaped the legacy of the NBA, becoming the first two high schoolers drafted directly to the NBA following a two decade gap.

Joining the foursome will be head coaches Eddie Sutton and Rudy Tomjanovich, as well as FIBA executive Patrick Baumann.
