Houston Texans wide receiver Kenny Stills is facing a felony charge after he was one of more than 80 people who were arrested for protesting Breonna Taylor’s death at the hands of the Louisville police, according to the Louisville Courier Journal.

Along with more than 100 other protesters, Stills marched from Louisville’s East End to the home of Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron. The protesters were asked to leave Cameron’s property and those who didn’t were arrested and charged.

Along with 86 other protesters, Stills was charged with intimidating a participant in the legal process, which is a Class D felony that’s punishable by one to five years in prison. The 28-year-old was also charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.

Stills, who played his college ball at the University of Oklahoma and has also played for the New Orleans Saints and Miami Dolphins in the NFL, has been a vocal supporter of Colin Kaepernick and the Black Lives Matter movement and followed Kap’s lead in kneeling during the national anthem before games.

He was released from jail on Wednesday morning and posted a video to Instagram Live informing his followers he was safe. “We just want justice,” Stills said in the video. “We just want Breonna Taylor’s killers arrested.”

The Texans said they are “aware of the situation and gathering more information” in a statement.

Taylor, a 26-year-old Black ER technician, was shot and killed by Louisville police in March while sleeping in her own apartment when narcotics officers were serving a no-knock warrant. No drugs were found on the premises. Cameron has been facing calls to charge the three officers who were involved in Taylor’s death with murder.
