A duplex penthouse once owned by Dorothy Schiff, the long-time publisher of The New York Post, has hit the market for $22 million.

The home has another interesting connection to note: It is located directly next door to the penthouse that once belonged to Bernie Madoff. But the seven-bedroom apartment, located at 133 East 64th Street in New York City, is desirable for less notorious reasons: It boasts stunning views of the Manhattan skyline.

The duplex penthouse has nine bathrooms and a gorgeous chef’s kitchen, with a breakfast room greenhouse located next to it. Recent renovations include hand-carved moldings, custom audio/visual systems and herringbone hardwood floors, according to Town & Country.

The property also has a laundry room, a library, and a private elevator vestibule.
