Disgraced former TODAY anchor Matt Lauer is slowly making his way back on to the Hamptons social scene, reports Page Six.

The disgraced TV journalist, who was fired from the NBC morning show for alleged sexual misconduct, took part in Paddle for Pink at Havens Beach in Sag Harbor on Saturday.

A source told Page Six that “Matt wasn’t signed up, but came with a friend and took part in the 3-mile paddleboard race.”

He did not stay or take part in the awards ceremony. The source also said though Lauer “remained pretty incognito,” his car did have a for-sale sign on it. It could have been a test run to see if he would be accepted back among his former social circles.

Others at the benefit for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, which rised over $1.4 million, included Jill Martin, Shoshanna Gruss, and Jennifer Fisher.
