Actress Margot Robbie revealed new details about her leading role in the upcoming “Suicide Squad” spinoff in an interview with the movie blog Flickering Myth. The movie, titled Birds of Prey, will start shooting in January 2019 — and audiences can expect an R-rating, which Maxim notes will lend Robbie more creative freedom than the PG-13 rating of “Suicide Squad.”

In a separate interview with Collider, Robbie also revealed that she had a hand in shaping the film.

“I pitched the idea of an R-rated girl gang film including Harley, because I was like, ‘Harley needs friends.’ Harley loves interacting with people, so don’t ever make her do a standalone film,” Robbie said. “She’s got to be with other people, it should be a girl gang. I wasn’t seeing enough girl gangs on screen, especially in the action space. So that was always a big part of it.”
