We never knew how badly we needed Joaquin Phoenix and John C. Reilly to star in a western comedy together until we got this trailer. The Sisters Brothers is based on Patrick Dewitt’s acclaimed novel of the same name and follows two brothers, Eli and Charlie Sisters, are hitmen who are hired to kill a prospector who has stolen from their boss. The movie also stars Jake Gyllenhaal as what appears to be the villain, and the trailer is full of gunfire, slapping and Phoenix drunkenly falling off his horse. The movie will hit theaters sometime this year. Check out the trailer below.
