Porn legend Ron Jeremy has pleaded not guilty to charges of raping three women and sexually assaulting a fourth. Jeremy was charged last week after news he was under investigation for sexual misconduct first broke in May.

The disgraced porn star appeared in court in downtown Los Angeles on Friday to enter his plea. Jeremy is being held in a county jail on $6.6 million bail.

Jeremy is accused of sexually assaulting four women in separate incidents dating back to 2014. Prosecutors allege the performer raped a 25-year-old woman at a West Hollywood home in May 2014, while the other three incidents all occurred at the same West Hollywood bar between 2017 and 2019, involving three separate women between the ages of 30 and 46, according to Page Six.

If convicted of all counts, Jeremy could face up to 90 years in prison.

While Los Angeles County sheriff’s detectives had reportedly been investigating Jeremy for two years before presenting the case to prosecutors Monday, allegations against the porn star had been public knowledge for years. Porn performer Ginger Banks went public with accusations against Jeremy back in 2017 after Jeremy groped her at an awards show the previous year. Banks claims to have spoken to at least 50 other victims.

“The stories are all the same,” Banks told the US Sun. “It honestly seems to me that if you met Ron Jeremy and he didn’t inappropriately touch you, you’re almost in the minority.”
