Harvey Weinstein is already behind bars for rape, but he’s been accused of more heinous sex crimes in a new lawsuit filed in New York on Thursday.

The lawsuit, which also names Disney (which once owned Miramax) and Bob Weinstein as defendants, claims that Weinstein raped four unnamed women, including one who was just 17 years old (and therefore underage) at the time of her attack in 1994. The aspiring actress, referred to in the suit as “Jane Doe II,” claims that Weinstein stole her ID after assaulting her and said that if she told anyone, he would “not only make sure she never got to act in any films, but also have his associates track her down and physically harm her and her family.”

The lawsuit also details how Weinstein held Jane Doe I in his hotel room at the 1984 Cannes Film Festival and reveals that he allegedly raped Jane Doe III in a New York hotel in 2008 and assaulted Jane Doe IV at the Venice Film Festival in 2013.

In a statement to Deadline, Disney tried to distance itself from the disgraced former producer.“The Weinsteins operated and managed their business with virtual autonomy,” a Disney spokesperson said. “There is absolutely no legal basis for claims against the company and we will defend against them vigorously.”
