What’ll it be: the Todd Snyder or the Cola color scheme?

Timex has so many partners it’s hard to keep track of all their collaborative watches. There are the Peanuts watches with Snoopy, the endless sports tie-ins for which they have a dedicated Fan Shop, the instantly sold-out drops with hype-worthy brands like Noah … you get it. But two of our favorite collabs in recent memory aren’t just still available, they’re actually on sale right now at Huckberry.
We recently informed you of the massive winter sale happening at the retailer, but today we’d specifically like to point out that Huckberry’s Cola watch and Todd Snyder’s Q Timex are both included at significant discounts.
Which one should you buy? Despite being similar in many ways (same Seiko quartz movement, same coin battery hatch on the caseback, same 38mm size) there are some specific differences to note. First, the Huckberry “Cola” is a black and red reference to other “Coke” nicknamed watches out there (from Seiko to Rolex) and features a woven stainless steel bracelet which, from our tests on other models, is a slim wear that pairs nicely with the case size. The Todd model meanwhile is a thoughtful departure from the watch brand’s well-received Q Timex line, with a sleek stainless steel look and heftier “brick link” bracelet specific to this timepiece.
