The Last 50 Rolls-Royce Phantoms Ever Are Pure Hot Sex Fire

Pour some out … via the Champagne fridge in the trunk

When legends retire, they tend to leave the game too late, rather than too soon (a certain Peyton Manning, and his terrible yet Super Bowl-winning season, possibly notwithstanding?).

Rolls-Royce didn’t want that to happen to the seventh-generation Phantom, their flagship vehicle since 2003.

Nope. They’re sending it out with a bang. Enter: the bespoke Zenith Collection, a 50-unit run of Phantoms and Phantom Drophead Coupés that will represent the last ones ever built by Rolls-Royce.

The 112-year-old luxury brand wants the cars in the collection to “serve as true collectors’ pieces,” and has assured the “connoisseur customers” who’ve already commissioned the vehicles that no other models will ever be produced.

The rare pair in the Zenith line feature tasty touches like an actual piece of the Phantom assembly line installed in the dashboard in a laser-engraved aluminum case, laser-etched armrests on the interior, and a trunk that comes with a fridge with enough space for two Champagne bottles, eight glasses and a glass shelf for serving.

“The motor cars speak of the marque’s unrelenting commitment to setting and advancing the standard by which all other luxury goods are judged,” says Rolls-Royce CEO Torsten Müller-Ötvös.

Other luxury goodsmakers: now would be a good time to reach for a notepad.
