At the intersection of extreme off-road recreation and high-end luxury, there’s a new kind of vehicle called the Ripsaw EV2 Extreme.

If it looks like something out of a movie, that’s because it is. A modified version of the demilitarized tank was constructed for use in two recent blockbusters: G.I. Joe: Retaliation and Mad Max: Fury Road.

The super tanks are custom made by hand in the United States and take up to six months to complete. Boasting over 600 diesel horsepower, the extreme vehicle comes with a price tag well into the hundreds of thousands of dollars.

They are made by Howe and Howe Tech, a company developed by twin brothers Mike and Geoff Howe. The adventurous duo is known for their television series Black Opps Brothers on the Discovery Channel.
