The cannabis industry is evolving so quickly in the United States that it’s even spurned its own own branch of tourism and recreation. Now, one California town may be turning into a veritable Disneyland of cannabis.

American Green Inc., a self-described “leading brand of medical and recreational marijuana products,” announced it plans to buy an 80-acre town (for a rumored $5 million ) in the California desert to turn it into  “the country’s first energy-independent, cannabis-friendly hospitality destination” and has already signed a binding agreement to do so, according to Quartz.

Once the deal goes down, American Green envisions doing everything from botting cannabis-infused water and baking edibles to offering cannabis mineral baths and culinary events within Nipton’s borders.

“We are excited to lead the charge for a true Green Rush,” American Green CEO David Gwyther told Time. “The cannabis revolution that’s going on here in the U.S. has the power to completely revitalize communities in the same way gold did during the 19th century.”

The sale is still in escrow, but everyone involved has high hopes it’ll get the green light. If it does and you decide to visit, remember to pass on the left-hand side on the drive into town.
