This is The Listings, a monthly rundown (with pictures!) of some of the superior properties currently on sale in or around S.F. This month, we’ve rounded up five cozy winter cabins for your Tahoe ski-getaway dreams, at all price points. Let’s begin with the $75 million one.

(Zillow)

Price: $75M
What you’ll get: Literally everything you could possibly think of, including not one but two funiculars
Where: 300 State Road, Crystal Bay NV
Why: Because you want a taste of that Succession lifestyle? Somebody’s gotta live the dream — here defined by 525 feet of Tahoe shoreline, 5+ acres, and over 15,000 square feet of living space. Plus it’s a new build, which means the inaugural owners will have the chance to set the tone — whether it’s more Logan Roy or Rami Malek-style Bond villain.

(Zillow)

Price: $25.7M
What you’ll get: Much of the above, minus the funiculars, plus a “meditative in-home Himalayan Salt Cave”
Where:Villa Harrah,” NV
Why: Villa Harrah is no misnomer: This was once the stomping grounds of William Fist Harrah of casino magnate fame, who built it as a retreat for his Rat Pack friends. Now, it’s a midcentury masterpiece on the lake, with the sort of outdoor entertaining space that’ll break your heart if you don’t have a spare $20 mil in the bank.

(Zillow)

Price: $995,000
What you’ll get: “Filtered lake views” plus five bedrooms
Where: 192 Hall Court, Stateline, NV
Why: At a hair under $1M, you won’t get lake access with this five-bedroom cabin — but you will get gleaming wood-beam ceilings, a fireplace made for indoor-s’mores, and a massive deck.

(Zillow)

Price: $525,000
What you’ll get: Easy lake access — but Donner, not Tahoe, plus three bedrooms
Where: 14259 E. Reed Avenue, Truckee, CA
Why: You could basically consider this A-frame Sierras cabin a business investment if you’re running a #notallwhowanderarelost sort of Instagram account: It’s that photogenic. You’re just off Donner Lake, with Shoreline Park a quick walk.

(Zillow)

Price: $300,000
What you’ll get: A fixer-upper with two bedrooms
Where: 7282 4th Avenue, Tahoma, CA
Why: You know when the real estate agent says something like “immense potential” that you’re looking at a Project — but who doesn’t love a project? (“With just the right loving care and decorative eye, this could be the ultimate cozy mountain getaway.”) Built in 1959, which looks about right — but the possibilities are endless, and you’re basically in spitting distance of Sugar Pine Point.
