The Crocodile Hunter’s family is returning to Animal Planet to carry on Steve Irwin’s legacy, People is reporting.

“Steve Irwin was a champion for all wildlife and he and Terri’s excitement and enthusiasm brought viewers from around the world in touch with nature,” Patrice Andrews, General Manager of Animal Planet, said in a statement. “Their passion for animals, love for their family, and leadership in conversation awareness left a strong legacy that continues today. We are thrilled to have Terri, Bindi and Robert back in the Animal Planet family.

Terri Irwin echoed similar sentiments in her statement, saying: “We’re excited to be returning home to Animal Planet and our Discovery Communications family. We look forward to the year ahead as we embark on new projects and adventures with Animal Planet.”

Irwin died at age 44 in 2006 after a stingray punctured his heart. His children, Robert and Bindi, are now teenagers who are carrying out their own conservation work. Bindi, 19, has co-created the book series Bindi Wildlife Adventures; she’s also hosted Bindi, the Jungle Girl, a series on Discovery Kids. Robert, who is 13, recently appeared on Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show to introduce the host to the same type of wild animals his father was famous for showcasing. Take a look below.
