Elevating sneakers to a previously unseen level of dapper: Lavati, a new luxury men’s footwear line that’s going to add a dose of color and panache to your shoe closet.
Handcrafted in Italian leather and already endorsed by some serious A-level celebrity fans, you’ll want to pick up a pair before everyone else does.
Lavati launched earlier last year, but their complete line of leather sneaks and suede Chelsea boots only became available at the end of November. The initial line’s already garnered fans: for starters, Stephen Curry, Kevin Hart, DJ Khaled and Zayn Malik (ask your younger friend).
Initially, the brand targeted celebs and users via their Instagram, holding lotteries for limited-edition pairs. So yeah, they come from a brave new world. But forget influencers for a moment, and recognize: these are great-looking shoes with sneaker-level comfort.
Currently for sale: waterproof suede Chelsea boots, as well as low- and court-top sneaker silhouettes with a “monochromatic aesthetic.” And for 2017, they’re promising a new shoe every month.
Cheap? No. Starting at $395, these aren’t your everyday kicks.
