Türkish Delight

Eventually, after you’ve grown weary of buying JCPenney button-downs that’re shaped like cereal boxes, you’re going to realize something: custom just fits better.

And while there are no shortage of online shops that’ll let you order custom-fitted shirts, many of them are limited to traditional colors like white or — ecstasy of 9-to-5 ecstasies — middle-manager blue.

And so, we happily present Beyler & Türk, taking orders for colorful button-downs now.

Just launched (natch) by a Turkish creative director who sources his materials and know-how from his well-tailored homeland, B&T proffers high-end dress shirts with a bit of transcontinental flair.

It’s colorful stuff. Some you know: blue pinstripes. Red mini-checks. A wrinkle-free white.

But there’s also some adventure: pink herringbone. Black satin. An orange poplin.

Either way, you’ll want to personalize it: you can customize each button-down accordingly, including collar, cuff, pocket, fit and length.

Each shirt is made-to-measure. If you need help with measurements, just use the site’s DIY self-measure video guide (and be comforted by B&T’s fitting guarantee).

See something you like? You’ll want to order quickly — most of these shirts are crafted in small-batch runs, and will quickly disappear.

And you wouldn’t want to be left with an off-color wardrobe.
