Time magazine’s striking new cover portrays the iconic architecture of Moscow’s Red Square slowly remaking the White House.

The magazine, which has used its covers to take critical aim at President Trump and his administration in recent months, revealed the latest depiction of a government in crisis following serious developments in the investigation of whether or not Russia was involved in influencing the 2016 election.

The cover also alludes to escalating controversy surrounding the administration’s current ties to Russia, including reports earlier this week that the president revealed highly classified information to Russian diplomats during a private Oval Office meeting.
