Late-night is about to get even more political.

Comedy Central is launching a Thursday night program called The President Show, starring comedian Anthony Atamanuik, who is building a reputation for his impression of President Donald Trump, Variety is reporting.

The premise of the new show is that Atamanuik’s Trump bypasses the mainstream media — and the responsibilities of the job — to broadcast live from the Oval Office. Desk segments, field pieces and interviews are expected to be wrapped into the program, which will premiere on April 27, following the network’s The Daily Show.

“Laughing at the President is a proud American tradition and we hope not to disappoint anyone in that department,” Atamanuik said in a statement.  “I’d just like to thank Comedy Central for giving us this platform to speak truth to power and if we’re lucky, end up in prison!”
