Up in space, every seat is a window seat
Hey, at least theoretical space flights haven’t discovered basic economy.
Blue Origin, the space tourism company started by Amazon’s Jeff Bezos, just unveiled new illustrations of the seating inside New Shepard, the suborbital ship that’s expected to bring commoners into space as early as next year.

These somewhat ridiculous renderings feature six leather seats circling the interior of the craft, complete with immersive window views (“the largest windows in spaceflight history”).
According to Ars Technica, space flights won’t come cheap: One estimate pegs it as $100,000-$200,000 per passenger for a 10-minute space romp (and two days of pre-flight training and prep).
But you’ll have plenty of recline on the seats.
