Academy Award-winning actress Helen Mirren is donning all black in the hair-raising trailer for Winchester: The House That Ghosts Built.

Sweeping through the world’s “most haunted house” that still stands today in San Jose, California, Mirren portrays Sarah Winchester, the firearms heiress who demanded the 24,000-square-foot, 160-room Gothic mansion house remain under construction 24/7 for nearly 40 years. The thriller hits theaters February 2 — take a look at the trailer above.
