They’ve aced the sub-$50 denim, moleskin 5-pocket and corduroy.
But if none of those inexpensive trouser options are a fit, New York menswear site Jomers is now offering what they’re calling “the most wearable pants you’ll ever own.”
Enter the Japanese Bedford Cord Pant.
Bedford cord is named after the town of Bedford, England. It’s a durable fabric that resembles corduroy without the velvety feel. It’s textured, durable and versatile — the Jomers take will work fine in both office and more casual settings.
The 5-pocket pants here are made with premium 11-ounce fabric imported from Japan’s Kurabo Mills and garment dyed in four colors. The brand’s also added 3% stretch for mobility and flexibility.
Available in both Slim and Tailored fits, the Japanese Bedford Cord Pant is only $38.
