Dutch ship maker Feadship launched its concept program back in 2006, and a decade on, the company has come up with a design that typifies versatility and luxury at the high seas. Recently unveiled at the 2016 Monaco Yacht Show, the superyacht concept is aptly named Choice, and offers some of the most over-the-top amenities we’ve seen on a luxury boat.

For one, the 234-foot yacht is fully autonomous, doing away with the need for a captain and crew. The captain’s lounge, if it is one, would just have a display of simply marked buttons that someone would have to press to start the superyacht on its own voyage. Its co-propulsion system is powered by two 80-foot “tender” engines affixed to either side of the yacht.

Onboard options include a stabilized swimming pool (which stays put even in the choppiest of conditions) and sandy beach, so you don’t have to stop off at the French Riviera to actually sunbathe (hell, you could do both). The superyacht also runs smoothly and quietly and has 29 percent more fuel efficiency compared to other Feadships of the same length and size. So owners will be simultaneously saving on fuel and doing the environment right.

Choice is as much about what keeps passengers onboard as it is about getting the out and about. The superyacht includes a two-man drone, allowing passengers to go on excursions during the day or shuttle off to a remote dinner location at night. Choice furthermore includes a detachable beach house for those who tire easily of the high seas and need to literally “break away” for a few hours of Zen-like bliss.

As with most superyacht concepts, Choice offers potential buyers, well, a choice as to how long they want the yacht to be and the amenities that dot its inside. (Our guess is that if you wanted it to look like Monaco itself, you could probably talk the makers into doing it—but it would cost you.)
