Miami’s Newest Luxury High-Rise Comes With Private Jet Parking

When a $100 million residents-only Sky Club isn’t enough

It’s a problem as old as time itself: after putting in a long day at the office and battling hordes of traffic to get home, your door is minutes away and there’s nowhere to park … your private jet.

The backers of a residential development in Miami feel that pain, which is why they’re offering residents of the new Turnberry Ocean Club private jet parking.

The high-end Sunny Isles development — which also has amenities like hydrotherapy spas, a yoga and pilates studio, a salon, an outdoor pet retreat and the $100 million residents-only Sky Club — will have access to the Fontainebleau Aviation Luxe Facility at the Opa-Locka Executive Airport. That means Turnberry owners will have “priority access” to “aircraft maintenance, aircraft detailing, a full-service concierge on site to accommodate all catering and transportation needs, and discounted fuel services and aircraft parking rates,” according to Miami Luxury Homes.

Each residence at the Ocean Club has 3-6 bedrooms, includes a staff quarters with a full bathroom and comes with optional membership at the Turnberry Isle Resort and Country Club. Despite being priced from $4 million to $35 million, the 154 units that are spread across the 48 residential floors of the 327,000-square-foot residence are already almost 40% sold out.

Better get in on that action quick, because like dad always said, private jet parking is a bitch.
