U.S. Government Has Prepared for a Zombie Apocalypse

The U.S. Strategic Command plan to deal with zombies was declassified in 2011.

How would you survive a zombie apocalypse? Band together, or go out on your own? Well you might not have to make a plan, because the U.S. government is already has one.

“Counter-zombie dominance” was declassified in 2011, reports Diggand it outlines several types of zombies, including “space zombies.” The plan’s purpose is protect the “sanctity of human life” and “support human populations.”

However, this plan is not actually a way to defeat the undead. Instead, it was a training exercise by the U.S. Strategic Command to teach incoming military students about the Joint Operation Process, which develops detailed strategies for crisis action planning.
