British Dealer Buys Lock of John Lennon’s Hair for $35K
Lennon's hair set records for highest price paid and largest clump sold

Paul Fraser Collectibles, an auctioneer located in Bristol, England, recently purchased a lock of John Lennon’s hair for $35,000—the largest clump of the Beatle’s hair ever sold at auction. The lock is from a haircut Lennon received in Hamburg, Germany, in 1966, shortly before he took his role in Richard Lester’s How I Won the War and about a month after the release of The Beatles’ album Revolver. Below is an actual picture of the specimen.
