As if Sweden wasn’t already getting it right with six-hour workdays — now this.
Councilman Per-Erik Muskos has proposed that workers in his small town of Övertorneå should be allotted a one-hour paid break during the work day to head home to have sex.
“It’s about having better relationships,” Muskos said. “There are studies that show sex is healthy.”
He’s fully aware that the proposal has its hiccups.
“You can’t guarantee that a worker doesn’t go out for a walk instead,” he said, but added that he “saw no reason” the motion couldn’t pass.
Whether it’s a nice stroll or a roll in the hay, there’d be no arguments here.
