The Bimek SLV, which creator Clemens Bimek calls a “spermatic duct valve,” is designed to render a man temporarily impotent by sending the flow of his sperm back down to the testicles before climax.
The device measures 1.8 centimeters, weighs two grams and toggles on and off by flipping a switch implanted in the spermatic ducts. Bimek believes strongly enough in the project that he recently underwent the half-hour insertion procedure himself.
