But is the new collaboration between Huckberry and Coors, which borrows some of that aesthetic while adding its own decidedly modern stamp, still worth buying? Undoubtedly. It’s called the Golden Hour Series, and the first of three drops was released this week. It’s basically an open-sided shelter that will divert any precipitation but also allow you to gather around a fire underneath because the inner roof is flame-resistant. Innovation is a lovely thing.

The audio brand just intro’d wireless sport ‘buds that actually sit above the ear canal via a contoured earhook. They’re designed so you can stay aware of your surroundings during workouts, but nobody else will hear what you’re hearing; less contact with your ears while you sweat is also a benefit.
Selbach’s Pursuit United
A 108-proof bourbon blend of mash bills from three different distilleries in three different states, with contributions from Bardstown Bourbon Company (KY), Finger Lakes Distilling (NY) and “an undisclosed distillery in Tennessee.” Curated by Pursuit Spirits, bourbon podcasters turned whiskey makers.
Samsung Solar Cell Remote Control
Mzn, did we change remote batteries a lot this year. Thankfully, Samsung TVs will now come with a solar-powered remote control that can be recharged by indoor light, outdoor light or USB. The brand estimates this will help prevent waste from a projected 99 million AAA batteries over seven years. Plus, the remotes are constructed via a process that upcycles plastics from recyclable bottles.
OG Authentic LX Zodiac Pack
Whether you believe in astrology or not (although it very much is real), non-believers and believers alike can appreciate Vans Vault latest OG Authentic LX sneakers. Part of the “Zodiac Pack,” the design features a black canvas background covered in the various astrological signs and their symbols, as inspired by the work of Swedish artist Johannes Wieser. Wieser worked directly with Vans on the design, each name and symbol embroidered in a graffiti-esque, handwritten font, lending the shoe an 80s feel that’s further emphasized by the pops of primary color. Who knows — maybe they’ll inspire you to look up your birth chart.

Our activewear go-to Rhone has dropped a new set of cycling shorts just in time to pair with that new road bike or Peloton you got for Christmas. Yes, these are appropriate for both indoor and outdoor cycling scenarios, with comfortable recycled nylon construction and built-in anti-odor tech.
Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional
This week, Omega released an updated version of one of the most significant wristwatches in history: the Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch. There’s a lot to learn about the new model, but the long and short of it is the new and improved movement (the caliber 3861), bracelet with smaller links, and the stainless steel versions featuring Omega’s historical Hesalite crystal (essentially Plexiglass) as well as the standard sapphire crystal (which also get more expensive Sedna gold and Canopus Gold models, or rose and white gold, respectively). Oakley Sutro Lite Patrick Mahomes II Collection
Super Bowl champion and MVP Patrick Mahomes has teamed up with performance sunglass brand Oakley for his own signature collection, which debuted this week with the Sutro Lite. The semi-rimless shades pay homage to Mahomes’ wildly successful past and present and is designed to protect eyes and fit comfortably while you throw a football or participate in some other high exerting physical activity.
Duncan Hines EPIC Baking Kits
As noted by Allrecipes, Duncan Hines is releasing five “Epic” baking kits with interesting flavors, including S’mores and Salted Caramel Brownie, Cookies & Cream sandwiches, Cookie Dough Cookie … and a cake mix accentuated with Fruity Pebbles (which is apparently celebrating its 50th year).
