If Polaroid and Instagram Had a Baby …

Digital or film? Fuji's new camera is the best of both worlds.

For something so square, this is pretty cool.

The Fujifilm Instax SQ 10 is a first-of-its-kind “hybrid instant camera,” utilizing both Polaroid-like instant print and new digital technologies. Basically, you’re getting 3000 combos of different Instagram-like filters and light settings to play with before print out your pics (in a retro 1:1 aspect ratio), as well as common modern-day conveniences like autofocus, facial recognition and an LCD screen on the back.

New tech extends off the camera, too: The SQ10 promises the colors on your prints will last for years. And you can reprint your favorite images as much as you want, or print photos saved as thumbnails.

And thanks to dual shutter buttons, you now have a camera for lefties and righties. Again, best of both worlds. According to Digital Trends, the SQ10 will be available beginning in May for $280.

But why tell you all this when supermodel Helena Christensen can explain it?
