ASICS and Reigning Champ originally teamed up last summer, with plans to drop several collections of running gear ahead of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Thankfully, even after the the Games were postponed until July 2021, the two brands decided to go ahead with their collabs anyway. The latest (and last) capsule — seven pieces that take inspiration from the streets of Paris — recently dropped, and we’re positively besotted.

The collection includes a limited-edition Gel-Nimbus 22, running shorts, a “post-run hoodie” and even a pair of technical no-show socks. It’s yet another reminder why this pairing made so much sense in the first place. ASICS is based in Japan (Kobe), while Reigning Champ is just across the Pacific in Vancouver; despite the age difference (Asics has 65 years on RC) each brand makes high-performance gear that doesn’t skimp on style, and that commitment is again on full display here.

Find the full offerings below, which are available with good sizing at Huckberry. That circular logo you’ll find on a few of the items says Point Zéro des routes de France. It’s a seal in the ground outside Notre-Dame, the starting point from which all roads leaving the city are measured.
