This Vacation Is Literally Out of James Bond’s Handbook

Including, yes, a high-speed boat chase

The name is Bond.

[Your name here] Bond.

We’ve all pretended to be James Bond.

But now, you can go the whole nine meters … assuming you have $15 grand to shell out.

A three-day luxury experience dubbed Tradecraft:London offers you, Bond wannabe, the chance to experience the world of cybersecurity and espionage first hand. They’ve recruited an all-star team consisting of nine of the world’s most renowned cyber security and intelligence agents — and like another great expert in espionage, Burt Macklin, once said, “Do your dreams.”

You’ll begin by checking in at the Dukes Hotel, an out-of-the-way (but still five-star) boutique hidden at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the Mayfair district of London. James Bond scribe Ian Fleming once stayed there, and the bar downstairs is allegedly the origin of Bond’s signature “shaken, not stirred” order.

Don’t be that guy, though. Just kidding, you definitely should.

You also get to have a welcome dinner at a place called Scott’s, Fleming’s favorite restaurant and the place where he grilled two captured German U-boat officers at lunch, trying to find out how they evaded the Skagerrak mines. This is where you’ll be briefed for your mission/experience by former Special Branch member and CEO of Concentric Advisors Roderick Jones.

Once settled you’ll spend three days touring Churchill War Rooms at the Imperial War Museum, chilling in command bunkers with the former U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security and learning how to run a Surveillance Detection Route, hide your digital identity, avoid being tricked through social engineering tactics and catch spies in real life (not the same as cartoons).

The kicker: crusing the Thames in a high-speed Rigid Inflatable Boat.

The catch: there are only 30 spots available, because this is super, ultra exclusive, and as of press time 14 of them are already snatched up.

George Lazenby aside, seems not everyone can play Bond after all.
