Architectural Designs Made With Gum

May 11, 2016 5:00 am

Commercial photographer Sam Kaplan has created a series of architecture-inspired sculptures made of chewing gum. In his most recent project, “Unwrapped,” hundreds of sticks of gum are stacked and secured with super glue. Kaplan says he chose the medium of gum because it allowed him to easily replicate the sculptures in a uniform manner. Through his photography, Kaplan captures the mini sculptures in a way that makes them appear large than life. Enjoy his work below.
