You might already know that Richard Liu makes the best bags in the city.

We recently unpacked one of them in this space.

Now, as part of the shop’s five-year anniversary, comes a limited-edition collaboration with NYC brand 3sixteen.

It’s the daypack of our daydreams.

Daypacks are tricky to get right. Go too formal, the vibe is overly academic. Go too loose and you look like a slob.

The middle line is hard to tread. Structured. Refined. Functional. Something that can double as a backpack on the trail and a briefcase at a board meeting.

DSPTCH’s daypacks walk that line.

Should you want to, you could go native on a small island with the latest edition, produced in limited quantities with New York clothing brand 3sixteen.

This update has .10-oz. Martexin waxed canvas, black seatbelt straps, matte black YKK zippers and pebbled cowhide leather to help reinforce the bottom.

The silhouette is trim, the hardware military-grade.

You’ll take it on 1,000 day hikes or an equal number of commutes.

Get in there now.

The bag will last.

Supplies won’t.
