There’s no love lost between San Francisco and the starched shirt.

But no man is excused from the mandate of owning at least one starched shirt.

For, you know, a suit — also mandatory.

Here to fill that mandate: Indochino’s brand new brick-and-mortar showroom in the Financial District, now taking appointments.

They make custom dress shirts and suits.

Swing by the shop for a one-on-one consultation. Whole process takes about thirty minutes.

They’ll take your measurements, walk you through your cut and fabric options and even offer a few style tips along the way.

Once you’re set up, you’ll order your new suit of clothes, which they’ll make to measure and deliver to your doorstep in a matter of weeks.

Your profile remains in the system for easy online ordering.

Drop in any time for a follow-up.

Painless.

And besides, it’s not like you absolutely have to wear a tie.
