Mario Sorrenti’s description of what it was like to shoot his then-girlfriend Kate Moss in the Virgin Islands for a 1993 Calvin Klein campaign is succinct:

“I was 20, and she was 18. There was nothing, no worries. We had nothing, we had nothing to lose. Those were good times.”

It appears these are good times as well, as Calvin Klein has started releasing never-before-seen footage and photos of Moss from the iconic campaign to promote the return of “Obsession.” Comprised of more than 250 photos and clips, all of the original images of Moss were captured by Sorrenti without assistance from a hair and makeup crew, art director or photographic team.

“In its limpid, black and white simplicity, its equation and evocation of scent with memory at once reflects the past and the present,” Calvin Klein says of the new campaign.

Good times indeed.
